Problem Statement
In Bahrain, many jewelry stores still rely on manual processes, tracking gold weights and sales using handwritten records or basic spreadsheets. This traditional approach creates critical issues:

Lack of real-time inventory and live financial monitoring.

Inconsistencies in total gold stock and karat-based calculations.

QR-based item identification and tracking of gold items by weight, type, and specific karat values.

Automated workflows for both selling to customers and purchasing gold from them with instant stock updates.

Secure transactions featuring customer CPR verification and photo logging for compliance.
Supplier Portal
Centralized management of supplier payments, transaction history, and outstanding balance tracking.
Financial Reporting
Automated end-of-day profit/loss statements and comprehensive cash/bank closing reports.
Role Management
Granular access control for Admins and Sales Staff with detailed audit logs for every action.
